Where we ship

StoneVale ships to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $10 on orders below $100 and free on orders of $100 or more. The free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before tax.

Processing and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout where available and begin after dispatch. Carrier delays may affect arrival dates.

Tracking

We send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is dispatched. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Order help

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you need an address correction or your parcel is delayed or missing, contact StoneVale with your order number as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
